Client matter privacy is front of mind with everything that we build at Cobbery.

Cobbery agents operate inside a constrained environment. They only have approved tools and permissions. They cannot send matter data to arbitrary external services, and email access is limited to designated inboxes.

Our team does not have access to matter data unless specifically authorized.

For vendors, persistent storage providers are contractually restricted from accessing hosted data except as authorized. For model providers, we use no-training and zero-retention agreements or settings so submitted inputs and outputs are not used for training.

We do not currently have proprietary models. If that changes, we will not train any model on client matter data unless specifically authorized.
